Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account information: Email address, display name, and authentication provider (Google or email/password) when you create an account.

Subscription data: Plan type, billing status, and payment identifiers (processed by Paddle — we never see your card details).

Device information: Device name, platform (macOS/Windows/Linux), and a hardware fingerprint used to enforce device limits.

Usage statistics: Aggregated simulation time, session counts, and action counts (mouse, keyboard, scroll, click, tab, app simulate) — synced daily from the desktop app. No keystroke content or screen data is collected.

2. What We Don't Collect

Still Here does not collect, transmit, or store any content from your computer. No screenshots, no keystroke logging, no file access, no browsing history. The desktop app runs entirely locally — the only network calls are to check your subscription and sync aggregated usage stats.

3. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Cloud — hosting and file storage

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (__session) to keep you logged in. It's HttpOnly, Secure, and expires after 14 days. We don't use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party cookies.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are kept for 12 months. Inactive devices are pruned after 30 days. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data from the dashboard
• Export your data by contacting support
• Delete your account and all data
• Cancel your subscription at any time
