Terms of Service

1. Service

Still Here is an activity simulator that prevents screen locking by generating realistic mouse, keyboard, and window-switching input. The service includes the desktop application and the web platform at stillhere.work.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use paid features. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account — don't share your account with others.

3. Plans & Billing

Chill is free with limited features. Ghost ($5/month) and Phantom ($10/month) are paid subscriptions billed monthly through Paddle. The Ghost plan includes a 7-day free trial.

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the current rate until the next billing cycle after the change.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds. After cancellation, you revert to the free Chill plan.

5. Device Limits

Each plan has a device limit (Chill: 1, Ghost: 3, Phantom: 5). Devices inactive for 30+ days are automatically removed. You can manage devices from your dashboard.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account or the software
• Use the service to violate your employer's policies (that's your responsibility)
• Attempt to circumvent device limits or subscription checks

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

Still Here is provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee the software will prevent detection by any specific monitoring system. Use at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Here's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
