Refund Policy

1. Free Plan (Chill)

The Chill plan is completely free and requires no payment. Since no charge is made, no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Plans (Ghost & Phantom)

Both the Ghost ($5/month) and Phantom ($10/month) plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email and a brief reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Requests made within 14 days of a charge are eligible for a full refund.
  • Requests made after 14 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Paddle.
  • Upon refund, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free Chill plan.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time after the 14-day refund window.

6. Free Trial

The Ghost plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made and no refund is needed.
